All student participants for the Texas NASP State Tournament and NASP/IBO 3-D Challenge must have a parent/legal guardian sign a waiver and release of liability, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement. When completed, you will get an email stating you have electronically signed. NASP Coaches and IBO 3-D Coaches will get updated list of the completed electronic signatures.

Texas State NASP Archery Tournament Payment Form
- Name or company logo on Title Sponsor banner and presentation checks
- Youth Memberships to all 3,600 archers, each student will receive all promotional materials listed and quarterly emails with Title Sponsor messaging.
- Table at the OTF’s annual Rendezvous of the Guardians Banquet – April 3, Dallas, TX 10 seats
- Participation in opening comments and award ceremony
- Event Program, 1 page ad or letter to participants
- 20 x 20 indoor and outdoor booth space
- Up to six additional banners placed in the hall (banners provided by sponsor)
- Name or company logo on Sponsor banner.
